Material:
- oil
- Leek 1 stem. Smooth slices
- 3 red chilies
- 125 g chicken meat. Finely chopped
- Egg 1 grain. Shake
- Sweet soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Red cloves 5 cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- Pepper tsp
- 600 gr rice
- Garlic 3 cloves
How to cook:
a. Add the garlic, red and red chili to the mortar and blend it.
b. Fried eggs become scrambled, set aside.
c. Saute seasonings that have been mashed with enough oil until fragrant.
d. Add the chopped chicken, eggs and leeks to the seasoning. Saute again until smooth. Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
